to look for a site on which to build a retirement home in the Flat Rock area.
Since we live in Greensboro, communication by e-mail and phone was crucial to my
being able to locate and purchase a property. As the result of our e-mail
and phone conversations, we signed a buyers' representative agreement with Sue
without ever having actually met her. Sue sent PDF files of listings and property
descriptions; she called and e-mailed to follow up; and she arranged for other
